Facilities and Activities
SV English Medium Primary School has been an esteemed institution run by the Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, Gandhinagar. For about 2 decades this institution has been enriching the lives of its students, dedication to the principle put forward by “Pujya Chhaganbha”. Our diverse school body comprises children from various regions which is ultimately beneficial to form a progressive, modern, and congenial school setting, designed to foster academic excellence.
We provide a safe possible learning environment that encourages the scholastic as well as co-scholastic achievement of our students, together with the development of their spiritual and social lives.
SV English Medium Primary School strives to develop the whole person, so when our students complete their graduation or attain any degree, they will possess the qualities like confidence, overall development, value-based education compassion, discipline, and good character to make/enrich their future.
Smart Classrooms
With the increasing demand of the present era, we impart the knowledge of different subjects using smart classes. Along with studies, we take good care of the students by providing a comfortable atmosphere for them. Keeping that thing in mind, we have allotted airy and spacious classes to them. All the classes are well furnished with sufficient benches and a big enough blackboard. A display board to has been provided to them, where they can paste information, charts, pictures, and their artworks on particular creative topics that are given to them. Here, we give them a chance to show their creativity and thus we let the children bloom to their fullest.
Science Laboratory
The scientific brain is the pillar of society. It is inculcated from childhood through a strong base from the Science lab of school. We in S. V. English Medium Primary School always have a vision of giving scientific and value-based technological knowledge which can put them in a correct situation to face the scientific competition through both analytical and reasoning.
Library
Our school has a well-equipped library, where more than a thousand books are stored, where students can read and increase knowledge for various subject books on G.K, current affairs, short stories, short novels, etc. A spacious, airy library is there where students can sit and read newspapers, magazines, etc. A big collection of reference books also is there which not only unable teaches but students also to get knowledge regarding various subjects.
Hostel Facility
Girl’s hostel – B.J Patel
Very safe, healthy, and lush green hostel premise, also available with the capacity of 500 girls saying here, where complete veg. and healthy food is provided with a day’s feast well-furnished room and peaceful atmosphere with a high-security system for safety and privacy with the introduction of hostel uniforms. Rate- boarding, lodging 1500per year Room- more than 80 rooms are there.
Boys hostel – Sheth P.B. and M.M Boys Hostel.
A strict, safe, and environment-friendly lush green Hostel for boys also is there where fully equipped facilities rooms are there, where boys can study in a peaceful environment. A strict and disciplinary atmosphere is adopted. Capacity – more than 2000 boys can be accommodated. Room – more than 200 rooms.
Toy House
We have built an awesome toy house called ‘Kamla amrut’ for our tiny tots to make their journey of study more enjoyable and full of fun. Keeping the present IT age in mind, projectors and mini computers have been kept, where they themselves can operate them and enjoy beautiful movies. The toy house is well equipped with excellent toys. Along with that, the whole toy house has been painted with the amazing Disney characters, as if the children enter a wonderful land full of joy, awe, fun, and wonder.
Co-curricular
With academics, we focus on co-curricular activities for the holistic development of children we have facilities of Lalit Kala where the child gets the freedom to learn and involve himself in various activities like karate, skating, harmonium, western dance, western music, etc.
Transport Facility
We provide to and fro bus facilities for their students receding nearby villages and various sectors in Gandhinagar
Computer Lab
We have a good facility for computers with the latest technology. All the computers are according to the latest version of software and hardware too. We provide technical computer teaching to our students. All the students are connected through the Internet.
